You ought to say more, if the apparatus works as it should: if two balls on one end are lifted and then released, two balls, not just one, will fly off the other end. Make it three balls, and then one of the ones on one end will travel together with the two that were hit. You ought to make a deluxe model with 7 or 9 balls; if the price isn't too high, people might prefer a deluxe model. Then they could see just how hard it is to fool the apparatus as to the number of balls you are using on one end.
